INVINCIBLE MARKETER: CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at My Site.If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.The following terms are applicable for any product/service that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to [High Impact Marketing Sdn Bhd]Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.Service refers to the Website.Website refers to My Site, accessible from https://class.theinvinciblemarketer.com/s/im/You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure you follow the conditions below:

We put our heart and soul into our products and we are confident in the information contained in them so we do require you to complete 50% of the course (completed Session 8) and complete your Goal Cards and Campaign Blueprint before making your refund request. If you have done so and can provide evidence of the work you have done laid out in the program and still don't feel like you got your money's worth, then we are happy to give you a refund within the 30 day period.

Since our Lifetime program is an extension pack of our core program, the 30 day refund period will start when customers first get into Invincible Marketer and not when they upgrade to Lifetime.

Any cancellation request or refund request must come in through an email to our support desk- support@theinvinciblemarketer.com. Cancellation requests and refund requests raised through any other means cannot be actioned until the raised through an email.

If you are a normal member and are being charged monthly, you can just email our support desk anytime if you would like to cancel your subscription.

All sales on special promotions and discounted programs are final and are not covered by our 30 day refund policy as they are sold at a much lower price. This includes but is not limited to Invincible Marketer, Lifetime and Video Authority Mastery when they are offered at promotional prices.
